Dr. Ashtari is a board-certified internal medicine physician who believes that a holistic approach to health offers the greatest results.
Dr. Ashtari focuses on physical, mental, and nutritional treatments that prevent chronic disease and enhance patients’ overall quality of life. She believes that even simple aesthetic treatments can delay wrinkles and lines from forming and offers a variety of options to improve well-being on both the inside and outside.
Dr. Ashtari completed her residency in the state of New York at Jamaica Hospital Medical Clinic. She furthered her training by undergoing a fellowship in geriatrics with Flushing Medical Clinic in Queens, New York.
After relocating to California in 2010, Dr. Ashtari worked with Hoag Medical Group before opening her own practice. She is proud to offer a wide range of quality medical and aesthetic services to clients in the Laguna Hills area.
At Enliven Medical Clinic, Dr. Ashtari provides a holistic approach to treatment that makes sure all aspects of a person’s health are addressed. She has a friendly demeanor and builds great rapport with every individual who steps through the clinic doors.
Dr. Ashtari and her daughter enjoy everything that southern California has to offer, including hiking, attending concerts, and spending time at the beach.
